Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
- Prepare students for Cambridge exams (YLE, A2 Key, B1, IGCSE)
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage participation
- Collaborate with colleagues and follow the institute’s curriculum
- Communicate effectively with parents when required
Requirements:
- Degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching qualification (e.g. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience teaching young learners and teenagers
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
Desirable:
- Experience with Cambridge exam preparation
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and interactive methods
