Join the Eleven Blue Events Team as our new Events Coordinator

Eleven Blue Events, the organiser of the largest and most prestigious sports events in Cyprus – the XM Limassol Marathon, the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, and the Nicosia Marathon- is looking for a dynamic Events Coordinator to join our team.

With thousands of runners, spectators, and volunteers each year, we’re proud to deliver memorable experiences that inspire, unite, and make a real social impact through sport.

About the Role:

As an Events Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing all our communication channels and ensuring the smooth operation of our events. You’ll work closely with directors, sponsors, suppliers, and associates, gaining unique insights into corporate sponsorships, event management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep all communication channels, including email, telephone, and social media, up-to-date.
• Professionally resolve queries from customers, suppliers, sponsors, and associates.
• Distribute tasks to the appropriate parties and ensure their completion.
• Collaborate with company directors on operations planning and execution.
• Maintain our internal systems (CRM and Sales Platforms).
• Provide exceptional customer service to runners, addressing their queries about orders or accommodation.
• Manage runners ’ and VIPs' accommodation and merchandise.
• Support management in day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during the events.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management will be an advantage.
