Job Description
The Role
You will work closely with the Director, supporting daily coordination, communication and operational workflows. The position is initially for part-time employment with potential for long-term growth.
What You'll Do
Organize and coordinate tasks, meetings and projects, support creative and operational workflows, prepare presentations and documents, and help bring structure, efficiency and clarity to daily operations.
What We're Looking For
Highly organized, proactive and discreet with strong communication skill and comfort with technology, AI tools and fast-moving environments.
The Ideal Fit
Strong attention to detail, problem-solver, independent thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for quality and aesthetics. Interest in design, branding and premium lifestyle brands is a plus.
