Responsibilities
The successful candidate will mainly be involved in the processing and recording of property-related invoices and will directly report to the Supervisor of the Asset and Property Management Function.
Main responsibilities include:
· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for collecting invoices relevant to properties under management
· Effectively communicate with external stakeholders to obtain clarifications on invoices and statements received
· Ensuring invoices have been approved based on internal policies and procedures, as well as based on clients’ requirements
· Timely and accurately recording of approved invoices and submitting them for payment
· Undertake tasks for the timely settlement of invoices, for example via preparing payments in the online banking system, submitting invoices for payment, or sending requests for the issuance of cheques
· Collaborate with the clients’ accounting department to provide directions on the allocation of the expenditure to each property and the transaction recording, answering relevant queries
· Providing information to insurance providers or other third parties as required
· Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or manager of the department.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting / Finance / Business Administration, or in a related field
· One year of proven work experience in a related field will be considered an advantage.
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High levels of integrity and work ethic
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
