Job Description

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting of a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Reconciliation of banks, creditors debtors ledgers
• Assisting in the preparation of tax forms in Taxisnet
• Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES returns
• Preparation of client’s payroll
• Documentation and filing of accounting transactions in an organized manner

 

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an Accountant in an Audit/Accounting/Consulting company, having similar duties and responsibilities
• Holder of LCCI Higher in Accounting, or any other equivalent qualifications
• University degrees will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English languages (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
• Good knowledge of VAT, Income Tax and Payroll
• Good knowledge of accounting programs – Esoft will be considered an advantage

Remuneration:  

• An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate depending on qualification and experience.
• NO OVERTIMES
• 13th Salary
• Paid sick leave up to 3 days p.a.
• Paid study leave for first time attempts for semi-qualified applicants (ACCA).
• Casual Friday

• Friday afternoons off
