Job Description

This position is addressed to candidates with at least 5 years of professional experience in the travel industry or in a similar role, who have strong knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing procedures and are able to manage customer requests with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, issuing tickets, and providing high-quality customer service, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of travel services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage reservations and issue tickets for flights, ferries, hotels, and other travel services.

Provide customers with information regarding travel products, services, itineraries, prices, and offers.

Communicate with customers to handle requests, resolve issues, and provide support before and during travel.

Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners to organize travel services and travel packages.

Monitor pricing policies, offers, itinerary changes, and related procedures.

Ensure the accuracy of reservations and the timely issuance of tickets.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position or in the travel industry.

Very good knowledge of reservation systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.

Good knowledge of ticketing procedures and travel reservation management.

Ability to independently manage reservations and customer requests.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Customer-oriented approach, responsibility, and professionalism.

Very good command of Greek and English.

Additional Qualifications Will Be Considered an Advantage

Experience in creating or supporting travel packages.

Knowledge of SAP or other relevant systems.

Experience in serving corporate clients or organized group travel.
