DC Demetriades is a leading supplier of building materials in Cyprus, offering high-quality products ranging from steel rebars and timber to flooring, sanitary ware, façade solutions and solar systems. As part of the continuous growth of our Façade Department, we are looking for a Façade Engineer for our Nicosia Showroom. This role blends design expertise, technical problem-solving, and project coordination.

The role: As a member of the Façade team, you will play an active role in all phases of the projects—from the initial client contact and design to on-site supervision and final installation.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify new potential clients and provide tailored specification packages (samples, displays, and collateral).
• Assist in the preparation of detailed façade tender packages.
• Interpret architectural drawings and provide layout suggestions for HPL and other façade systems.
• Carry out site measurements and solve technical issues in coordination with architects, contractors, and private clients.
• Prepare and manage installation schedules, as well as supervise subcontractors and installation teams on-site.
• Resolve technical issues during on-site installation and ensure project execution meets the company's quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance on façade design, documentation, and engineering as required by each project.

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Previous experience in façade consulting or project management.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, responsible, and team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
