The successful candidate will assist the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator with the daily activities of the Fleet Maintenance and Warehouse Department.
Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing scheduled vehicle maintenance appointments, monitoring warehouse stock levels and preparing order requests for items requiring replenishment.
Assisting with warehouse operations, including receiving, organising and issuing stock, recording stock movements and conducting stock counts.
Recording maintenance activities, including work carried out by mechanics and spare parts and consumables used, in the relevant systems.
Verifying deliveries against purchase orders and accompanying delivery documents.
Checking supplier invoices against orders and received goods, and entering them into the system.
Providing general administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the department.
Performing any other related duties as assigned by the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A positive, collaborative and diligent attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
A valid driving licence, with at least one year of driving experience and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or the vehicle rental industry would be an advantage.
