VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at The Royal Apollonia in Limassol as the Floor Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Oversees the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to exceed guest expectations.

·         Inspects for needed repairs, reports maintenance problems immediately and follows up to ensure the work has been completed.

·         Trains the housekeeping team, on cleaning and maintenance tasks.

·         Handles guest complaints and special requests.

·         Performs any housekeeping duties necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

·         A high school diploma or equivalent education in hospitality.

·         A minimum of 2 years related successful experience in a similar position in a 4* or a 5* hotel.

·         Good command of Greek and English Languages.

·         Ability to work as a team player.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.

·         Good knowledge of MS Office.

·         European Union Nationality or eligibility to work within the European Union.
