Radisson Beach Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction expected in a luxury 5-star resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Monitor inventory levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
Assist with scheduling and staff allocation as required.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
