Join Our Luxury 5-Star Hospitality Team.

 

Radisson Beach Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction expected in a luxury 5-star resort environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Assist with scheduling and staff allocation as required.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
