Food & Beverage Service Manager
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the daily operations of all Village Square restaurant outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Service Manager in a quality hospitality environment.
- Proven experience managing à la carte restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and large service teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of multiple à la carte restaurant outlets within Village Square.
- Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop front-of-house teams.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Support revenue growth through up-selling, promotions, and effective cost control.
