Olea Skin and Wellness seeks to employ a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the Nicosia area. The candidate must have experience on a similar role. Knowledge of Greek and English language is a requirement.
Duties:
Greet and welcome customers.
First point of contact for customers: Set tone for a positive customer experience
Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls & book appointments.
Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
Responsible for keeping the spa area presentable.
Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary
Desired candidate profile:
Experience in a similar position
Fluent Greek and English language - any other languages will be considered an advantage
Pleasant personality
Reliable and dependable
Excellent customer service experience
Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry (knowledge of the spa industry will be considered as a great advantage)
Positive attitude
