Ο/Η Front Desk & Reservations Agent είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά τη διαμονή τους, διαχειριζόμενος/η την υποδοχή και τις κρατήσεις του ξενοδοχείου, συμβάλλοντας στη θετική εμπειρία φιλοξενίας και στη μεγιστοποίηση των εσόδων.
The Front Desk & Reservations Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service before, during, and after the guests’ stay, managing both front desk operations and reservations. The role contributes to a positive guest experience and supports the hotel’s revenue performance.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες - Key Responsibilities
Υποδοχή - Front Desk
Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών - Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Διαδικασίες check-in και check-out - Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Συντονισμός με housekeeping για διαθεσιμότητα δωματίων - Coordinate with the housekeeping department regarding room availability
Διαχείριση ταμείου και πληρωμών - Handle cash, payments, and basic billing procedures
Κρατήσεις (Reservations)
Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών, email και online κρατήσεων - Manage telephone, email, and online reservations
Ενημέρωση συστημάτων PMS / Channel Manager - Update and maintain PMS / Channel Manager systems
Διαχείριση ακυρώσεων και τροποποιήσεων - Handle cancellations and reservation modifications
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση - Previous experience in a similar position
Βασική γνώση Η/Υ και PMS - Basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS systems
Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών - Strong communication and customer service skills
Οργανωτικότητα και υπευθυνότητα - Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
