About the role 

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team and help us build and improve the products our clients rely on every day. You will work across our Laravel backend and our Vue and Tailwind frontend, taking features from idea to production. 

 

What you will do 

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, from Laravel on the backend to Vue and Tailwind on the frontend 
• Design and work with APIs, databases, and integrations that our products depend on 
• Write clean, well tested code and review the work of your teammates 
• Use AI coding tools to move faster and get more done, without cutting corners on quality 
• Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into working software 
• Help us keep our codebase healthy, fixing issues and paying down technical debt as you go 

Who you are 

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience working with a similar stack 
• You are comfortable with Laravel on the backend 
• You are comfortable with Vue and Tailwind on the frontend 
• You have experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or AI powered IDEs like Cursor. This is a strong plus, and for the right candidate, a requirement 
• You understand REST APIs, database design, and version control with Git 
• You are a good problem solver who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do 
• You care about code quality and enjoy learning new tools and approaches
