Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Paid Ads Coordination

Website & Eshop Maintenance
Maintaining the gallery's mailing list
Providing professional service to collectors, artists and visitors
Keeping the front desk and gallery spaces organised
Greeting visitor and helping them with questions
Doing administrative work such answering phones
Dealing with correspondence and emails and other administrative duties
Writing and creating promotional materials and working on exhibition catalogues
Handling logistics and packaging

Qualification
Fluency in Greek, English and French (oral and written)
Previous experience in customer experience/ working with public
Previous experience within a gallery or art environment would be a plus
Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills
