Job Description

Neocleous Tower is a modern office building in Limassol, home to international companies and a professional working environment built on high standards and professionalism.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Gardener to support the upkeep, presentation, and long-term care of the Tower’s outdoor areas and landscaped environment, ensuring that all green spaces reflect the premium standards of Neocleous Tower.

About the Role

•         Maintain and care for all landscaped areas, plants, flowers, trees, and greenery surrounding the Tower

•         Carry out watering, pruning, mowing, planting, fertilising, and general garden maintenance tasks

•         Monitor the health and appearance of plants and identify any issues relating to pests, irrigation, or plant care

•         Ensure all outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times

•         Support seasonal planting and landscaping improvements to enhance the overall environment

•         Coordinate with external suppliers or contractors when required

•         Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment

•         Follow health & safety procedures and maintain high operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• A degree or diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and seasonal garden care
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider operations team when needed
• Fluency in Greek or English (knowledge of both is an advantage)
