Job Description
SAP Young Professionals Program 2026
As a SAP Gold Partner, Supernova is participating in the SAP Young Professionals Program 2026, a full-time 2-month virtual training program delivered through virtual classes led by SAP experts. The program equips graduates with the knowledge, skills, and SAP Associate-level certifications required to start a career in SAP consulting.
Successful candidates will participate in the SAP training program and, upon successful completion of the certification exams, will be evaluated for an offer of full-time employment with Supernova, based on performance, engagement, and business needs.
What Does an SAP Consultant Do?
An SAP Consultant works at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations improve and optimize their business processes using SAP solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and processes
- Support the configuration and use of SAP systems
- Work closely with clients and internal project teams
- Assist in SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Support users in adopting SAP solutions effectively
Responsibilities
- Attend full-time virtual classes delivered by SAP experts
- Learn SAP solutions, business processes, and consulting fundamentals
- Complete SAP Associate certification exams
- Participate in professional skills development
- After the program, support SAP consulting activities as part of Supernova project teams (for selected candidates)
Candidate Profile
- BSc in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Business Administration, or any other related field
- Graduated within the last 3 years or expected to graduate soon
- Fluent in English
- Strong interest in SAP, technology, and consulting
- Available full-time for the entire program duration
