Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, overseeing both our à la carte restaurant and buffet breakfast service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of à la carte dishes and breakfast buffet
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency
- Develop menus, recipes, and seasonal specials
- Lead, train, and organize the kitchen team
- Manage food ordering, stock levels, portion control, and food costs
- Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant and F&B teams for smooth service
- Ensure kitchen equipment and working areas are maintained to a high standard
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably within a hotel or high-quality restaurant environment, is required.
