Job Description
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- SAP Business One administration
- Record journal entries, invoices, and payments in the accounting system.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and general ledger entries.
- Payroll preparation and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in data entry for budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Communicate with suppliers and other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.
