Job Description

On behalf of our client, an international company specializing in premium real estate, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a remote sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and CRM data.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate sales team members.
• Optimize sales processes and improve team efficiency.
• Oversee international real estate sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales team management.
• Experience in real estate sales and international markets.
• Fluent Russian and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and sales performance management.
