Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
Lead, motivate, and support the waiting team to deliver outstanding service standards
Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience
Assist with table allocation, reservations, and smooth service flow
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and hospitality skills.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety procedures
Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus
Duties:
Previous experience in a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter role within a hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming personality
