Job Description

Qualifications required:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
• Lead, motivate, and support the waiting team to deliver outstanding service standards
• Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience
• Assist with table allocation, reservations, and smooth service flow
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and hospitality skills.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety procedures
• Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus

Duties:

• Previous experience in a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter role within a hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming personality
