Job Description

CHRYSOS OSH LTD is looking for a motivated, organized, and technically competent Health & Safety Consultant to join our growing team in Strovolos, Nicosia.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of professional Occupational Health & Safety consultancy services to clients across various industries, including the construction sector. The role includes preparing Health & Safety documentation, conducting inspections, providing practical Health & Safety advice to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and industry best practices.

This position is ideal for a professional who is looking to build a long-term career Health & Safety within a growing consultancy.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ISO Management System and Occupational Health & Safety documentation.
• Conduct Health & Safety inspections and prepare reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities where necessary.
• Maintain accurate electronic project records and technical documentation.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Company's consultancy services, management systems and internal procedures.
• Undertake any other professional duties relevant to the position as reasonably assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and develop within the Health & Safety sector.
• Willingness to attend relevant to the job position training.
• 1-2 years if experience in the construction industry and/or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Technical writing and report preparation skills.
• Professional attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
• Valid Cyprus driving license.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage

• Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline or Occupational Health & Safety.
• NEBOSH or IOSH Short Courses, Certificates, Diplomas or other recognized Health & Safety qualifications.
• Previous experience in Health & Safety.
• Experience with ISO Management Systems.
• Experience working in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Cyprus and / or European Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
