The Position:
· Assist in the preparation and submission of public and private tender proposals
· Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
· Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
· Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients regarding project requirements
· Monitor project schedules and maintain technical records and documentation
· Provide administrative and technical support to the Engineering Department
· Support internal audits and maintain relevant quality records and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2 years’ experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Fluency in Greek and English
