Help Desk Operator
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Operator to join our team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Help Desk services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers and log issues into the Help Desk ticketing system
- Dispatch tickets to the appropriate support personnel
- Monitor and update the status of tickets
- Extract reports from the ticketing system
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM(Excluding Public Holidays)
Requirements
- Basic IT knowledge and good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, professional phone manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a customer service environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Help Desk, Customer Support, or administrative role will be considered an advantage
- The position is also suitable for recent graduates or students who are still attending college and are looking to gain valuable work experience in IT support and customer service.
