Responsibilities/Duties:

·         Manage queues, and accurately predicting wait times.

·         Maintain a sparkling clean, tidy station throughout the shift.

·         Maintain a great attitude, smile and welcome guests upon their arrival

·         Answer phones and keep track of reservations
