Hotel Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
Job Description
Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at our Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos as the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on assigned floors
· Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
· Ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms for arriving guests
· Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
· Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to maintain high performance
· Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns promptly
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
· Performs any housekeeping duties necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
· A high school diploma or equivalent education in hospitality.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
· Very good command of both Greek and English Languages.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work as a team player.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· European Union Nationality or an EU Work Permit holder.
