Louis Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Ivi Mare Hotel as the Waiter/ Waitress.

Position: Hotel Waiter / Waitress
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Restaurant & Bar Manager
Summary of Position: The Hotel Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests in the hotel’s restaurant, bar, or banquet area. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to hotel standards.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Clear and reset tables quickly between guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Process guest bills, handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Assist with room service orders and banquet events when required.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training preferred).
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
