HR Business Partner, Limassol – HRP/09/26
Our client, a leading company in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the company’s HR function across the full employee lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will act as a trusted HR advisor while contributing to HR strategy, organisational development, talent management and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Organisational Development
- Work closely with the Managing Director and management team on HR strategy and people-related priorities.
- Further develop and structure the HR function in line with the company’s growth.
- Support the development of career paths, job levels and progression frameworks.
- Review roles, responsibilities and organisational structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide HR advice to management on organisational and employee matters.
Talent Management & Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate the annual Learning & Development plan.
- Support employee development, career progression and development plans for future leaders.
- Coordinate external training and professional certification programmes.
- Support broader talent development initiatives.
Performance Management
- Manage and further develop the company’s performance management process.
- Coordinate annual, mid-year and periodic performance reviews.
- Support managers in setting objectives, conducting performance discussions and following up on development plans.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers, from candidate screening through to selection and offers.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required.
- Develop and maintain a structured onboarding process.
- Coordinate the integration and probation review of new employees.
Employee Relations & Management Advisory
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Managing Director and managers.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters.
- Support managers in people management, communication and leadership practices.
- Support organisational change and people-related initiatives.
HR Operations, Policies & Compliance
- Manage the company’s HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and HR requirements.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and its Learning module.
- Coordinate HR-related payroll updates, benefits and employee records.
- Support ISO 9001 requirements relating to HR.
Employee Engagement & HR Projects
- Develop initiatives that support employee engagement, communication and collaboration.
- Organise employee activities and company events.
- Lead or support HR projects, process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or standalone HR role.
- Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle, employment legislation and HR practices.
- Experience in strategic HR, talent management and organisational development.
- Experience using HR systems; preferably SAP SuccessFactors, including its Learning module.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Criteria
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional HR certification.
- Experience with organisational development, career frameworks or talent management.
- Experience in a business consultancy or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with SAP-related training and development needs.
- Experience supporting ISO 9001 requirements.
