Role: HR & Legal Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR and Legal Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will effectively manage human resources matters and oversee the drafting, review, and maintenance of employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

·            Handle day-to-day HR functions, including resolving employee-related matters and ensuring                        compliance with employment policies.

·            Draft, review, and maintain comprehensive and legally compliant employment contracts.

·            Provide guidance and advice to management on HR and employment law matters.

·            Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied and aligned with legal                                requirements.

Essential Requirements:

·            Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

·            Excellent people skills

·            Excellent drafting skills with thorough knowledge of employment law.

·            Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.

·            Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·            Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.

·            Previous experience in HR and legal roles, particularly with employment contracts.
