Position overview
We are looking for a Workplace Manager to support our office in Larnaca and help create a comfortable, efficient, and engaging workplace environment for our team. This is a part time position (4 hours per day). The candidate should have the legal right to work in Cyprus.
The Workplace Manager is responsible for managing local workplace operations and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience. This role oversees office management, vendor relationships, local events, workplace communications, and selected HR administrative processes while working closely with HR, Communications, and other corporate teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of the office and maintain a comfortable, efficient, and welcoming workplace
- Create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and guests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, office vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage office supplies, workplace services, and office resources
- Coordinate office equipment purchases and deliveries in collaboration with the remote IT team
- Plan and organize local corporate events, team building activities, and office celebrations
- Manage the company merchandise store
- Support employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and workplace standards
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to support efficient workplace operations
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A proactive, service oriented approach with strong attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working in an international company
- Knowledge of the IT industry
- Spoken Greek or Russian language skills will be considered an advantage
