On behalf of our client, a leading International Group of Companies, we are seeking a driven and ambitious HR Officer to join the team based at their HQ in Nicosia, Cyprus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join a dynamic HR team, supporting a wide range of HR operations and contributing to an excellent employee experience. The role offers exposure across the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, and benefits coordination, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Manage and organise all employee documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate the full onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from day one.
Administer probationary periods, including tracking timelines, follow-ups, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes, including pensions, provident fund, medical and life insurance, and company car schemes.
Support learning and development activities by coordinating training requests, maintaining training records, and assisting with scheduling.
Act as a key point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems will be considered a plus
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to develop within a dynamic HR environment
