We are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Officer to join our HR Team in Limassol, Cyprus. The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring the efficient administration of HR processes and the delivery of high-quality employee services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Human Resource Management and/or relevant Human Resource Management qualifications;
- Experience in Human Resources of at least 2 (two) years in the company or similar position and experience in another company;
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Very good command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the performance management process as required and updating relevant records;
- Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies.
- Assist in the review and enhancement of compensation and benefits practices to support employee engagement and retention.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information.
- Maintain HR databases and update employee records regularly.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism;
- Undertaking special tasks and projects that might be assigned;
- Providing support and assistance on all Human Resource related matters as required;
- Ensuring that all relevant Human Resource procedures are implemented, as per the Company’s Office Manual;
- Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;
- Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;
- Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement.
The Human Resources Officer, reports and is accountable to the Group Human Resources Manager Cyprus.
