Elina Almanova Law Office, a well-established law company based in Paphos, is looking for an Immigration Specialist to join our growing team.

We support clients from all over the world who are relocating to Cyprus, guiding them through residence permits, immigration procedures and the many legal matters that come with settling on the island.

The Role

You will take ownership of immigration cases from start to finish, working hand in hand with our lawyers and clients to ensure that every application is prepared accurately and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a broad range of immigration categories
• Preparing, reviewing and managing client documentation
• Liaising with the relevant government authorities
• Keeping clients informed and up to date at every stage of their case
• Keeping track of deadlines and making sure case files are accurate and complete

About You

• Fluent in English and Russian; Greek would be a distinct advantage
• A valid driving licence is essential
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
• Highly responsible, well-organised and detail-oriented
• At least one year of experience in the legal field would be an advantage

Working Hours and Terms

• Full-time, office-based in Paphos
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30–16:00, including a lunch break
• Friday: 8:30–13:00
• You will need to be reachable by phone outside office hours
• Minimum two-year contract
