Job Description

We are a FinTech company looking for a hands-on Corporate Lawyer to join our team. 

What You'll Do
 

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and corporate documents
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and business operations
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial and operational activities
• Maintain corporate records and ensure statutory filings are up to date

Who You Are
 

• Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in Cyprus
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate law, preferably within FinTech or iGaming or having had exposure to these sectors
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and contract law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and provide pragmatic commercial advice
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Greek and other languages are an advantage
