The Opportunity
Join the Individual Policies Administration team and play a vital role in securing futures! Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our life insurance policyholders. We manage all aspects of individual policy administration, from onboarding and policy maintenance to beneficiary updates and claims processing. You'll be part of a collaborative and detail-oriented group, ensuring accurate records, efficient processes, and ultimately, peace of mind for our clients and their families. We are committed to continuous improvement and leveraging technology to streamline our operations and enhance the customer experience.
The Role supports and monitors the policy administration processes and procedures in adherence to company policies and regulations and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Processes applications for changes, reinstatements, and cancellations of insurance policies;
- Handles all Customers Requests and provides information regarding Insurance Policies;
- Communicates with Company’s Agency Administrators to support the customers’ requests;
- Organizes and maintains files for each policyholder, including policies that are to be reinstated or cancelled as per Company’s guidelines;
- Prepares correspondence such as letters/statements as per client’s request;
- Processes, prepares, and submits business reports;
- Identifies areas of improvement and makes appropriate suggestions;
- Effectively utilizes software capabilities;
- Participates in departmental and cross functional projects
- Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks such as drafting, summarizing, organizing information, and improving day-to-day efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Successful track record in a similar position for 1 - 2 years (Administration based role, employment at a Bank etc); preferably within the Insurance/Brokerage Industry;
- Fluent communicator in Greek and English language, both written and spoken;
- Team player with very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests;
- Working knowledge of AI capabilities with the ability to evaluate and validate outputs with guidance;
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant area;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills paired with attention to detail;
- Strong customer-service skills;
- Insurance/Brokerage company experience would be an advantage;
