One of the largest group of companies in Cyprus, with over 100 employees, and over 40 Years of Operations in Air and Ocean Freight, Logistics, Courier Services, Cargo and Passenger Handling, Travel, and Management Services is seeking to recruit for the following position:

Junior IT Administrator – Nicosia

 Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Set up of workstations and peripheral devices.

·        Perform hardware installations and repairs.

·        Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

·        Monitor and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure.

·        Provide 1st line support on all IT related issues.

·        Knowledge of Office 365 application suite.

·        Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

·        Ensure user access rights are implemented correctly.

·        Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

·        Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems / tools.

·        Troubleshooting and problem resolution.

·        Maintain IT asset lists / records.

·        Perform on-boardings / off-boardings of employees.

·        Create and maintain IT documentation.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.

·        At least 2 years related experience.

·        Working knowledge of Computer networks.

·        Knowledge of Windows Server 2019, 2022.

·        Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft 365 will be considered an advantage.

·        Hands on experience installing IT hardware and software.

·        Good information technology and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent Greek/English written and verbal communication skills.

·        Able to work flexible / additional hours when needed.

·        Able to work and perform IT functions in different locations / stations / towns.

The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package according to qualifications and experience.
