The role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing and evolving enterprise applications & infrastructure, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and database services across on-premises and cloud environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and automation of business-critical systems while contributing to the organization's technology modernization initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise applications & infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Administer Linux and Windows Server platforms.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions.
• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Administer and support enterprise database platforms.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure security through patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, platform, and database issues.

 

On-Call Support

This role participates in a paid on-call rotation, typically one week per month, providing out-of-hours support for critical production systems and infrastructure. Appropriate compensation is provided in accordance with company policy.

Your Profile:

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar.

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, Database Administration, or a similar role.

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.

• Experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.

• Experience supporting enterprise database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• Experience with Ansible, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or similar monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of HAProxy, NGINX, Helm, and container registries.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

• Knowledge of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and enterprise backup solutions.
