Intelligence Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights and support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to analytical initiatives, uncover opportunities through data, and help drive business value through reporting and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the design, development, and enhancement of Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
· Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the existing BI layer, including dashboards and reporting capabilities.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into KPIs and analytical solutions.
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare technical specifications for Data Engineers.
· Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to identify reporting needs and opportunities for business improvement.
· Develop interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI.
· Support data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics and reporting solutions.
· Review, validate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.
· Assist with forecasting, segmentation, profiling, and predictive analytics initiatives.
· Prepare analytical reports, insights, and recommendations for management and internal stakeholders.
· Share best practices within the analytics team and support collaborative initiatives.
· Manage and prioritize assigned tasks while supporting ongoing projects and reporting activities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Up to 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles.
· Hands-on experience with Power BI, including Data modeling, DAX, Dashboard development and Performance optimization.
· Strong understanding of the end-to-end BI and analytics lifecycle, including requirements gathering, discovery, transformation, modeling, visualization, testing, deployment and maintenance.
· Basic understanding of SQL.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to business users.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about data and analytics.
· Certification in Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate will be considered an advantage.
