Job Description

At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are seeking for an Interior Designer to join to join our Design and Construction team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide design proposals for restaurant layouts, detailed furniture fixtures drawings, finishes/materials sampling
• Create innovative designs and practical architectural designs that address brand needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present drawings for review including architectural 2D drawings, 3D model with finishes
• Develop final drawings for obtaining licenses according to local authorities
• Construction site supervision
• Cost budget estimation and analysis until the completion of the project
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to develop integrated design solutions.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Masters in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of preparing architectural drawings and technical details.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumio, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of 3D modelling and Rendering
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Energetic and positive team player with excellent communicational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
