Responsibilities:

Managing interior design projects at all stages – from sketches to final implementation.
Preparing working documentation and technical drawings based on visualizations.
Visiting project sites (in Limassol) for measurements and site supervision.
Preparing technical specifications for contractors and ensuring their compliance with the design concept.
Creating presentations, mood boards, and working materials based on visualizations.
Selecting finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, décor, textiles, and other elements.
Preparing commercial proposals for finishing materials and interior elements.
Liaising with factories, suppliers, and contractors.
Communicating with clients throughout all project stages and coordinating decisions.
Carrying out tasks assigned by the lead designer and participating in concept development.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Higher education in a relevant field (Interior Design, Architecture).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, additional softwares are a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize workflow, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of construction processes and experience in working with contractors.
Attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.
Possession of a valid work visa or the ability to obtain one.
