Interior Designer
Job Description
Imperio is a leading property development and management firm in Cyprus, well-known for delivering exceptional projects over the past 20 years.
Our Design Department is expanding, and we are seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end mixed-use developments in Limassol, across residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors.
- Prepare client presentations, including finishes, FF&E selections, and material boards.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and lead times, and assist in cost evaluation.
- Participate in and progressively lead client presentations and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
- Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and product innovations.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately.
- Uphold company values, policies, and design standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of 3D software will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstration of ability to work across several projects simultaneously whilst managing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Someone who thrives both working in a team and independently
- Proactive, with strong initiative and openness to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and design sensitivity.
