Job Description
We are a growing and dynamic Interior Design Studio based in Nicosia, specializing in residential, hospitality and commercial projects. We are seeking a creative, motivated and technically skilled Interior Designer / Architect to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Development of 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp and other design software.
- Participation in concept development, space planning and material selection.
- Preparation of client presentations and project documentation.
- Coordination with suppliers, contractors and consultants when required.
- Site visits and project follow-up as necessary.
- Assistance in the development and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Very good knowledge of Photoshop, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Additional Qualifications (Considered an Advantage)
- Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max or other design software.
- Experience in furniture design and bespoke joinery detailing.
- Understanding of construction detailing and material specifications.
