Duties
Conduct proactive sales activities via calls and emails with international B2B and B2C clients.
Identify and engage potential clients through cross-selling strategies and targeted marketing initiatives.
Schedule and participate in face-to-face meetings with corporate clients.
Handle insurance inquiries from international clients, ensuring a high level of service.
Respond to client emails and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Manage multiple insurance software programs and CRM systems.
Prepare reports and assist with client audits and payment processing.
Requirements
Proven full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
Knowledge of German, Hebrew, Russian and Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage and will be reflected in the remuneration package.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Administrative work experience is essential. The candidate must be meticulous, as they will handle sensitive financial and health-related customer data and process transactions.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly with international clients.
Excellent computer literacy, with proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Spreadsheets, and Excel (including simple formulas).
Ability to complete tasks swiftly and meet deadlines.
Capability to handle pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication skills and a hard-working attitude.
Permanent residency in Cyprus or a valid work permit.
A driving license is required.
Remuneration & Benefits
Full-time position with an 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
Expected total remuneration (salary + commission) may exceed €3,500 – €5,000 for high-performing candidates.
Fixed monthly salary starting from €2,500 (depending on experience).
Employees are not required to find or generate their own clients. The company provides the client portfolio, and sales commissions are earned on the clients managed by the employee, including both new and existing business.
Christmas gift (60% of net monthly salary).
