Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an IT Officer to join our company.  
 

Duties:
•    Setup and configure servers, routers, access points, firewalls and various other security protocols and backup systems
•    Installation and configuration of Personal Computers, Pos systems and peripherals
•    Investigate and troubleshoot any IT issues may arise.
•    Synology file server setup and configuration.
•    Administrator of Pos Software
•    Supportive documentation of work
•    Offer technical support, fixing problems, daily backups
•    Providing daily support for computer network users 
    
Qualifications:
•    University Degree in Information Technology
•    2+ years of relevant experience in a related position, experience in the retail industry will be considered as an advance
•    Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language
•    Knowledge of E-Soft software, Pos (Gladius) will be considered as an advantage (previous experience in working with POS systems)
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
