Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to meet business requirements.
• Administer servers, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate Installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
• Manage user access, security protocols, and access control mechanisms.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for registration systems and other critical applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs for integration between systems.
• Coordinate IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize IT solutions.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent system issues and incidents.
• Support SAP Business One implementation and management.

Job Requirements:

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proven experience in system design and IT administration.
• Good knowledge of network, server, and database management.
• Familiarity with API development and integration.
• Experience with registration or management systems.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices and access control.
• Availability for 24/7 on-call support.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a strong advantage.
