The role in one line

You keep our client accounts running smoothly day to day, working under our senior team, executing the tasks that turn strategy into delivered work. You don't need to know paid advertising yet.

You need to be sharp, reliable, and quick to learn.

What you'll actually do

You take direction from our senior account leads and make it happen. That means handling the daily execution across client accounts: preparing and updating campaigns once you're trained, organizing and preparing reporting, coordinating content and production, keeping projects moving, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The senior team decides the what and the why. You own getting it done well.

A typical day: you work through the tasks handed to you, keep things organized, chase what's stuck, prepare the materials the senior team needs, and flag early when something looks off. Some of it is hands-on platform work, some is coordination, some is organizing and following up. You're comfortable being the person who makes sure things actually happen.

What you'll own from the start

• Daily execution of account tasks under senior guidance
• Preparing and organizing reporting and campaign materials
• Coordinating content and liaising with production
• Keeping projects on schedule and flagging blockers early
• Being dependable: work comes back done, on time, to standard

What you'll grow into

We'll teach you paid advertising across Meta, Linkedin, TikTok and Google, and how the whole growth engine fits together. As you build skill and judgment, you take on more responsibility and more independence. How fast that happens is mostly up to you.

Who this is for

You're organized, sharp, and you get things done without needing to be chased. You don't need marketing experience or platform knowledge, but you do need to be genuinely quick to learn and comfortable with tools and technology. You like structure, and you like closing loops.

You're genuinely pro-AI and already reach for it to work faster. You'd rather try, measure and adjust than wait for perfect instructions. And you take ownership of what's yours: you see what needs doing within your remit and you do it, and you ask good questions early instead of sitting on a problem.

You'll fit here if you:

• Are highly organized and reliable, with strong follow-through
• Learn fast and aren't intimidated by new tools or platforms
• Communicate clearly and proactively, especially working remotely
• Use AI actively to work smarter
• Take ownership of your tasks and execute without close supervision

Marketing or paid-ads exposure is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about how you think and how reliably you deliver.
