Junior Accountant / Admin Assistant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Financial Management: Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivables (paying bills/invoices). Issue invoices, Prepare Payroll, social insurance, IR7 monthly reports, quarterly VAT returns
● Audit Support: Act as the primary point of contact to liaise with external auditors during year-end or review periods.
● Record Keeping: Maintain a meticulous and organized digital filing system for all financial and administrative documents.
● Executive Reporting: Provide regular financial updates and administrative reports directly to the CEO.
● Admin Tasks: Support general business operations with various administrative duties as required.
Requirements
● Education: An Accounting degree or LCCI higher qualification is highly preferred.
● Experience: Basic professional experience in accounting and administrative roles.
● Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and standard office productivity tools (spreadsheets, cloud storage, etc.).
● Attributes: Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently from home, and high attention to detail.
