Job Description
JUNIOR ARCHITECT
EL.C Architects is looking for a Junior Architect to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Development of architectural drawings from preliminary design through to Planning and Building Permit submission.
- Preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections and technical drawings.
- Preparation and updating of architectural drawing packages.
- Incorporation of revisions and corrections under the direction of the Lead Architect.
- Organisation of project files, documentation, pending tasks and deadlines.
- Support with the day-to-day organisation and follow-up of multiple projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good command of Greek and English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
- Previous experience with Planning and Building Permit submissions in Cyprus will be considered an advantage.
Remuneration will be determined based on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
