Job Description
About the Role
Diversity Charter Cyprus, managed by the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), is looking for a Junior Assistant to join our team and support the development of our activities with companies, organisations and the wider community.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in diversity, inclusion and equality, is comfortable communicating with people, and is willing to learn and take initiative.
What You Will Be Doing
The role is varied and hands-on. You will work closely with the Diversity Charter Cyprus team and support activities in the following areas.
Partnerships and Outreach
• Communicating with companies, organisations and potential members.
• Supporting meetings and presentations with companies and organisations.
• Assisting with the development of new partnerships and membership agreements.
• Attending meetings, events and activities outside the office when needed.
Training and Events
• Supporting basic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) presentations and awareness trainings.
• Helping organise Diversity Charter Cyprus events, workshops, trainings and other activities.
Communication and Content
• Preparing and creating social media posts and other communication materials.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals and other materials.
• Using AI tools to support research, content creation, presentations and everyday work.
Coordination and Improvement
• Supporting email communication, follow-ups and day-to-day coordination.
• Contributing ideas and taking initiative to improve our activities and communication.

• Is organised and able to manage different tasks at the same time.
• Can work independently but also enjoys working as part of a small team.
• Is willing to visit companies, attend meetings and participate actively in events.
Digital Skills
• Has a basic understanding of social media and can create engaging posts.
• Is interested in learning how to use AI tools and digital tools effectively.
Education and Experience
A BA or BS degree is required, but not in a specific field.
Studies or previous experience in areas such as social sciences, communication, HR, business, education, marketing, European projects or related fields will be considered an advantage, but we are primarily interested in your skills, attitude and motivation.
Previous experience is welcome, but this is a junior position and we are happy to support the right person in developing their skills.
