Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including but not limited to commercial agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), resolutions, Powers of Attorney (POA), Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&AA), statutory registers, trust documents, and related agreements;
• Incorporation and administration of Cyprus companies;
• Reviewing and providing comments on various legal documents;
• Providing legal advice and consultation on corporate and commercial law matters;
• Liaising with public authorities and external associates;
• Drafting legal opinions and legal memoranda on corporate, commercial, and contract law;
• Handling ad hoc legal matters as required.

Requirements

• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer or in an in-house corporate legal role;
• Excellent command of both English and Greek;
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113);
• Proven experience with all procedures of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies;
• Ability to take initiative, responsibility, and accountability;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Career-driven, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.
